HI!! My Name is Hannah!

I am the owner and sole photographer of Hw Photography. I love being able to share in the quest of making memories with you! Whether you are remembering your pregnancy, capturing those purest moments with your newborn, playing and having fun with your family or experience your perfect wedding day ; I feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day. I truly believe that photographs are the best way to share and preserve wonderful memories for years to come.

 

When I am not behind the camera, you can find me hanging out with my wonderful husband and my three sweet girls (I have a 4-Year-old and 1 year-old twins). We love being outdoors and going on as many adventures as possible. I LOVE to travel and see new places and faces, if I had the money, I would be on a new trip every year! As much as I love to travel I also love being home.

You will never catch me without music playing, unless I’m watching a good movie or show! Not a fan of quiet!

Photography is not my only career path! I also have a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, and I am working towards my master’s in occupational therapy. I like to stay as busy as possible and love to create new and unique memories with friends, family and my clients.

I've been behind the camera for almost 12 years now! Knowing firsthand how special every moment and stage of life is!

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

Photography is much more than just a job for me.  it is my passion and what I love to do with my time. It is my creative outlet, my balance, my peace.
Photography has always been something I love and not just being behind the camera but as well as sifting through old photographs at a flea market, looking through old family photos, falling in love with gorgeous photos in a magazine and admiring all the details that go into a picture. 
I have always had some type of camera in my hand. From the cheap disposable cameras that you had to take into the store to get developed, to a little point and shoot digital camera to now my DSLR. I am 100% self-taught and find there is always something new to be learned in photography.  I've been professionally shooting for a little over 5 years now ( but photographing people for almost 12 years)! I've learned a lot, and continue to learn. I've changed my style of shooting, expanded my portfolio and now feel confident in every session I go into that I will deliver beautiful images that my clients will cherish for years to come!
